THE SITE
The written content, page design, layout and branding on this site belong to Tiling Malvern or are used with permission. Some photographs are licensed reference images, chosen to illustrate materials, techniques and finishes. They are there to explain, not to record any particular job. You may view pages, and print or save a copy for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt the content or images elsewhere without written permission.
Please don’t use the site in any way that damages it, interferes with other visitors or tries to gain unauthorised access. Don’t send unlawful, misleading or automated submissions either. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

GENERAL INFORMATION
When we mention membranes, primers, adhesives, grouts or tile types, we’re describing them in general. If you buy or use a product, follow the manufacturer’s instructions and any requirements that apply to your project.

ENQUIRIES + LINKS
Some pages may link to manufacturers, suppliers or other outside websites for reference. Those sites are run independently. We don’t control their content, availability or privacy practices, and linking to a site doesn’t mean we endorse everything on it. If you visit one, you do so at your own discretion and under that site’s own terms.

LIABILITY + LAW
We work to keep the site accurate and useful. Even so, we can’t promise it will always be complete, up to date or free of errors, or that it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, Tiling Malvern isn’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, relying on its general information or being unable to access it. That includes decisions about work on your property made without an on-site assessment.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that can’t lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute about the site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these terms from time to time. Whenever you use the site, the version published on this page applies.
